End User License Agreement (EULA)

Chat Style Fonts Keyboard App

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "You") and Staller Inc. ("Company," "We," "Us") regarding the use of the Chat Style Fonts Keyboard App ("Application"). By downloading, installing, or using this Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Application.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes on your device in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Modify, copy, or distribute the Application or any part of it.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.

Use the Application for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.

Remove or alter trademarks, copyrights, or proprietary notices.

3. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Application, including fonts, themes, and designs, belong to Staller Inc.. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of any rights to you.

4. User Content

The Application may allow you to generate, style, or customize text. You retain ownership of the content you create, but you are responsible for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of others.

5. Privacy & Data Collection

The Application may collect limited data (such as app usage, crash reports, and settings preferences) to improve performance and provide features. We do not collect or store your personal text, messages, or sensitive information typed on the keyboard. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Updates

We may provide updates, upgrades, or new features. Such updates may be installed automatically and are governed by this Agreement unless accompanied by a separate license.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by uninstalling the Application. We may terminate your license at any time if you fail to comply with the terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the Application.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure use of the Application.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Staller Inc. shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Application.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
